Makes decisions rapidly and well when dealing with small or personal matters, but still has to gain the confidence to make major decisions. Most of the decisions made turn out to be effective. Has proven ability to produce creative, original ideas, plans, products or methods,even if they’re not always practical, in line with organization needs, or successful. Is a good team member in an emergency, following instructions quickly, but not taking a leadership role. Easy-going, relaxed, always welcome in a group – though not the strongest personality.
