Have you played an Armor2 mod called Wastland? Its getting popular very fast. You don't need to download anything, just remove all the launch options for dayz and open operation arrowhead, filter "wasteland" in the server browser.Wasteland is basically 3 teams (blufor, opfor, independent) all fighting against each other. There are tons of random vehicles all over. Every vehicle and weapon available in ARMA 2 is in this mod. Weapons can only be found in cars, and weapon crates which randomly spawn around the map, and also as objectives. These objectives randomly pop up from time to time, and range from things like "capture the supply drop", to securing an a helicopter or tank. Yes I said tank. If you secure it, you now have a working tank. There are usually NPCs that spawn to guard objectives and they also spawn around the map randomly from time to time.
