Steve Rogers was born in Kenya, during the rough and tumble times of the 80's. The wall in Germany was still up, the official Devil's Advocate in the Stato della Città del Vaticano was retired from position just two years earlier. This man who later would become known as The Legend, El Tigre (in the south) and 我肏你妈屄 (in the Far East) began with humble beginnings in what would soon begin to intiatiate that which would become begun. Steve was fast friends with Guy Noire and solved cases as children.
