Have leadership talk down to and alienate members/donators be unwilling to listen to members concerns / stick your head in the sand and ignore the obvious acuse all members of starting/causing drama that disagree with you. Proof this is working : Members are silent during member meetings why bother if it will fall on deaf ears anyway. most members don't use your team speak/vent except when told there is a meeting . they go and socialize /game where they feel welcome they use other voip methods like in game chat vent different team speak/vent servers. more proof your game tracker stats on your t.s/vent and game servers showing decline only.
I expect to loose and gain some friends over this post those of you i will loose your choice won't hurt my feelings
I have seen 3 clans fall because of this kind of leadership.
Truly sad to see.
