Round based Warhammer 40k PC game for single players - what's not to like?!

Interesting new features, and vast tech trees, exploration options - 100% Sid Meier.
I know Civ development team and Sid read this, so here goes:
- Finally make borders/fences a thing. I'm from East Germany, I need walls around my kingdom!
- Whats the deal with districts? Takes forever to get a nice city going on marathon
- Comic look, are you stu... oh rules and guidelines, sorry. Please pretty please loose the cartoons, it doesn't bode well with my fascism edge
- Veeery much micromanagement, plus it's not clear to me if I really need to change my policies all the time, same is true for city tiles andamenity management. I do rather well ignoring all that stuff. Pity.
- Fog of war really annoying, vessel movement and visibility takes forever, plus is it just me getting older, or could I zoom out further in Civ 5?
- Why does it still take 1 in game year to board a ship or move to land, that penalty should go for real.
- City states are much too passive
- I saved around 10.000 belief points or whatever those are called, because my game ran out of great prophets/religions to found. I donated city walls with that later in the game, how is that realistic? No prophet - no religion points!
- Connecting military units is really good. Best feature.
- Are my country walls almost ready?!
