The disastrous launch week aside ...

I'm massively disappointed with how the progression system works.
Payday 3 forces you to complete various challenges in order to level up, similar to a battle pass. For example: kill X enemies with X Weapon, run through X doors, mark X enemies and so on ... no XP is being awarded for simply completing a heist.
To add insult to injury, the challenges aren't even easy to track or easily looked at in the menu.
(As of writing this, there are no plans from the Devs to change this)

Additionally, there are no lobbies, making it impossible to queue into either a loud or stealth heist. There is also no quick match option.

2nd attempt at milking the community, not recommended till they drop the idea again.
