Honestly, I'm really tired of how raw and unprepared is this game to play. At first, I've seen a lot of issues related to ping (from time to time it just dropped to 700-1000 without any reason). I've seen a lot of issues with desync when after couple minutes in the dungeon I couldn't use any ability. These issues were fixed (looks like) in couple days. However, issues with endless queues, endless loading to a stronghold still persists. All of this relates mostly to a technical issues. And I would say that ok, this is quite a big launch for quite a small team, but am I paying money to have a possibility to sit in a queue? Latest couple years whole gamedev industry give us the same "pay us money to play our new queue simulator" and I'm kinda tired of it!
In addition to that, even game itself is not very friendly. At first, you feel like first levels are quite easy, you can progress quite freely. Even with pugs, I've faced some issues only in the first capstone dungeon, where I remebered how mentally unstable could random players be (ignorimg mechanics, blaming everyone in the group, leaving - you've seen all of it previously and you will find it here). But as soon as I moved to a second level of difficulties, I've seen a lot of troubles related to overlapping mechanics which were almost impossible to do without voice (it might be hard for random party to stack as a group and move as a group for a long time, avoing AOEs, etc. for example).
So far, sitting in a 6k queue after being dropped out of 4k queue due to timeout error on server side, I'm not sure if I have enough patience to wait while this game will be properly polished.
