Mama K rode me till I saw stars 10/10.

Just as great as the previous installment but with a few improvements such as:
More change in enviroment. The world on the surface felt much more alive to me.

More stealth only optional encounters. Sneaking by unnoticed is now more frequently an option.
Letting you save that precious ammo.

New weapons giving more diversity in loadouts.

Different story direction. Although the conflict between the metro factions still features heavily in
the story I feel the focus lies more on the flora and fauna of this irradiated world aswell as the
nature of mankind and its flaws.

The single player has good story but gets rather dull quick and the multiplayer aspect is good fun but sadly overrun with aimbotters.

Metro 2033 is a great fps game with a hint of survival horror, a slight RPGish feel due to its great story and atmosphere thats uncommon in FPS.

Its unique in that you usually end up feeling safer in the dark, dreary, nearly cavernous metro tunnels then up on the surface, though both can be scary as hell sometimes.

Now it does have some minor flaws:

The stealth system in the game could have used more work and is in my opinion some what shoddy, not to mention your chance to get the stealth specific armor is easily missed.

Bullet currancy though a nifty and a nice part of the games atmosphere can be a little confusing, not to mention it literally makes you shoot money.

Filter system of your gasmask is a bit dodgy, it doesn't seem to quite work as intended.

-HOWEVER-

Despite these minor flaws its still a great game, has decent replay value and
is well worth the money.
