Classic of my teenagehood. A good strategy game, could use some polish and balance but all in all pretty fun. Probably one of the better moves microsoft made was putting this as a demo on new computers. From one demo they sold 4 or 5 copies of the game to my friends and me. It would be nice if they remade this game but in a newer better performing engine, large armies can get fairly laggy when they clash.

Great game, easier than FTL. As of this point I have achieved all of the achievements and won with the "secret squad" on easy and all four islands. Some of those hours were drunk hours, so your millage may vary. Great turned based strategy, One of the best timeless games ever coded, could be from 2000 could be from 2020, either way it is still a **** load of fun :)

This is not a free game. This is a demo, and if the point of the demo is to get me to fork out money it failed. You can get though the intro 30 min mission, then after that there isn't much to do for free to play players.

When I started a year a ago there was a bunch of free stuff to do in the game. There were whole campaigns and story arc that you could play through... not anymore. When I started you could pick up side missions on the map, particularly in the EDZ, but even that is gone. I'm pretty much a solo playing PVE person, and you just removed all the content I loved. I don't care that stasis is wrecking pvp, I don't even mind that you sunset my favorite weapons that I've found, removing content and replacing it with a single 30 min intro mission sucked.

I understand that you are a gaming company, and that you need to make money, but if I didn't find the content you had before to entice me to pay for the DLC then why would the lack of content change my mind?

It's a beautiful game, and it was fun a year ago. I just feel like they gutted a game that I loved and left a pittance in it's place. Last night I made a new character and am already done with all missions, stories, side quests, solo play stuff that is possible for a free player, it took a couple of hours. Bungie, what the h*** are you doing?!?

Found out that the game was free. I've been interest in playing Destiny since before the first one, but never gotten around to it, because poor. As far as I can tell, after 16 hours, it seems like a nice balance between halo and mass effect with some multiplayer stuff in it.

Fun game, sort of short. It is a pretty relaxing play. I love the art style and music. Overall a fun game, not too hard :)

Hated the controls, couldn't get used to them. Was awful. Never played the origional, only got this because it was in a humble bundle. I was playing with a 360 controller, maybe just using the keyboard works better. The game worked fine, got through the first level.
