The game offers unique armor sets that you can craft which give you bonuses to certain playstyles. For example, if you like melee combat you can craft Shadow Armor or if you prefer to handle combat from afar in the form of bows or guns you can make Necro Armor! If you're worn out from fighting the hundreds of unique enemies and plethora of bosses, you can construct a fishing shack near the ocean and go fishing for rare loot, or you can delve into the caverns below the surface, uncovering abandoned houses with chests and heart crystals to permanently increase your maximum HP. Progressing in Terraria naturally unlocks new NPCs that the player can interact with to help them on their adventure!
