the UI is fine, but could be better. the ages system keeps the game fresh when it normally starts being repetitive. I haven't reach endgame, but I don't understand the negative reviews. I can't wait until my Ben Franklin/Ming dynasty combo hits space travel.

Still the best, I've logged almost 2000 hours playing. Just wish builders had an automated function. Late game on large maps can get tedious on the biggest maps.
