I'm doing my part!

At the current price I would say worth it just for the small cosmetic things but I understand a lot of issues were involved at launch. Only really writing this review cause of the beds. I had tried to find this info online but kept hitting dead ends and misinformation so I did the research myself. The game has 3 bed types and I tested each minion type (making sure they were the same level of minion for their type) in each bed for morale gain.

The base game's Bunk Beds gained one full bar segment of Morale in 30 seconds. They require a wall to be built into and take up 1x2 squares of space (1x3 including the wall). They can bed 2 minions at a time and cost $500.

The minion specific beds gained one full bar segment in 20 seconds. They take up 1x3 squares for the worker and science minions and 2x2 for the deception and muscle minions and must be built into a wall (1x4 and 2x3 including the wall). They can bed 1 minion at a time and they cost $750 except the Deception minion bed which costs $675 (no clue why).

The base game's Luxury Bed gained one full bar Segment in 15 seconds. It does not require a wall and takes up 1x2 squares. It can bed 1 minion and costs $1000.

Hopefully this saves someone the hassle of hunting the internet for information that is just not there or going through testing it all yourself.

Outstanding game, great experience, made by devs that are responsive and seem genuinely dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience. If you enjoy survival and base building style games then you will enjoy this I think.

I am terrified of spiders and still love this game, really does there need to be any more said about that?

My first colony that was doing well was destroyed by a roaming pack of 52 man eating Yorkshire Terriers...This game is amazing.

Game exists, wanna recommend it cause it's a great franchise but I feel like it's being mishandled. The AI is brain-dead, cannot be trusted on defense missions which are super common. The objective is to prevent a base/town from being damaged, every time I have done one of those missions I either spend the entire mission micromanaging the AI so they stay put in an area away from the town or they deal more damage to the town than the enemy by just walking through everything.

They do something I've never seen in a Battletech game where they actually punish you for bringing heavy mechs to a fight. I get why it's there but there are other ways to handle difficulty than punishing you for bringing heavier mechs to a fight. This can be removed with a mod but you shouldn't need to rely on the modding community to fix issues like that.

Biggest complaint is it's yet another Battletech game where they ignore Clans and show no signs of even acknowledging them at all. Again, there are mods to add them back in but we shouldn't have to rely on modders. This game has 5 DLC and nothing to do with Clans. Battletech had a ton of DLC as well, once again nothing to do with clans. Really disheartening since some of my favorite mechs are just omitted from the game cause of this decision.

People ♥♥♥♥♥ every time about this, bottom line it's not needed to enjoy the game and it keeps the rating of the base game available to more people. At the end of the day this is purely cosmetic and it's super cheap at a price cheaper than the average fast food meal. They could be doing far worse with their cosmetic items and this adds quite a bit more than just blood. Considering the effort that must have gone into making this extra content I'd say 3 bucks is well worth the price.

Have to change this, was recently banned and had all my progress deleted. Never did anything against EULA. Modders dropped money on me and edited my inventory but what can you do to stop that? Attempted to contact support and get this resolved yet they more or less told me to go ♥♥♥♥ myself. Not getting another rockstar game, ♥♥♥♥ these guys.

Game has been abandoned, avoid buying at all costs, worse than the bargain bin games at walmart.

Great game, only played a few hours so far but every minute of it is awesome. Anyone that remembers Independence War 2 will find a great game in this. I have yet to play the campaign, opting instead for the freeroam mode and while it took a few minutes to get on my feet I have found loads to explore and do in a galaxy that is filled with friend and foe alike. Good graphics, smooth controls, easy to learn interface, and lots to explore and do. If ya can I highly suggest ya check this one out.
