The animations are very good, but the story is completely linear. Losing or Winning battles doesn't change the game at all, you still get the same visuals. This makes combat pointless and just a speed bump to the rest of the content. I think this would work well as a pre-rendered video or a DLC cutscene pack that cuts out the gameplay.

Game is poorly optimized, runs like a jet plane. Machine translation is jarring and distracting. Story choices are binary. E-scenes feel like they are just placed in the world. Never made it to any combat, but the enemies were sure able to attack. Skip this one. Also, the game UI clips on itself in some resolutions, so laptops are out of luck. Or play windowed.

Great game, Cheap game, Short game. Definitely worth the money.

Still the same great game, but I think they improved the station AI quite a bit. Trains are much more comfortable finding an open track at a station. I haven't struggled with station wait times until I've got 20+ trains trying to unload at the same time, on two tracks.

I think this game is a great addition to the vampire survivors genre. Lots of weapons and lots of characters. It's reasonably priced and I believe it has good QOL features. Trinkets show what element they give before you pick them and weapons show what elements they need so you don't have to memorize the whole upgrade chart to make a good build.

It works now, and it's a fun game. Good story too.

A very unique idea, you navigate a 2d map by putting ingredients in to your pot and stirring. As you reach nodes hidden out on the map, you can add different effects to your potions. It's early access still, but definitely worth wishlisting and keeping an eye on this one.

The game has a solid idea and nostalgic story, but is ruined by QOL fails that make the game unfun to play. Imagine hiking to a gas station since your car is out of gas and dropping your wallet instead of the gas can, sending your wallet all the way back to the car since your character doesn't have pockets? If you want to play a driving sim, go play american/european truck simulator.

It's a 4 person squad shooter like payday. The difference is that instead of robbing banks, you're mining gold like in Minecraft. Each class has a primary and secondary weapon, a traversal tool to help getting around the map, and a utility item, as well as flares for lighting the dark caves and grenades that are also unique to the class. Each class has two variants for their weapons so players can choose between more utilitarian builds, or raw DPS. The world is comprised of many different biomes that present unique challenges in both terrain generation and enemy types. Your character's outfits are very customizable. Drop in multiplayer works very well and you can play solo if your friends are busy. All in all, DRG is a very good game with lots of gameplay replayability and a good dev team that cares about making a good game.

Part job-sim, part tycoon, Derail Valley places you as an independent train conductor working in a beautiful valley full of lush resources. You can choose which routes to take based on how much they're worth or where they're going. As you make money, you can buy new licenses getting new train engines and tougher jobs that are worth more cash. It works great in VR and is either relaxing or challenging based on how you want to play. I definitely recommend Derail Valley.
