I installed MW3 after 3 months break, and it says after the installation and after the updates that Steam is busy and therefore cant help me launch the game. I have sought on the forums but nothing was to come. I therefore deleted the game again so i hopefully could reinstall it this time with no issues. I deleted the game from laptop, its all gone, not a single file is left behind. But unfortunately steam hasnt registred that I have deleted the game, and I cant install it now :3 Can some1 help me, I really hope that restarting my entire pc is the last way out.
