Pretty much gaming perfection. Hope this inspires hundreds more co-op games.

A data based approach to aim training is very smart. It's implemented well and the custom playlists make for fun and useful training.

It's hard to describe what's so good about this game. It's got great flow, if that makes sense. Everything in this game just works. I usually don't like games where you just shoot through hordes of enemies but DOOM is just so fresh it didn't feel like others in the genre at all. The weapon variety, the mobility upgrades, the varying enemies and locations. Like man. I really didn't expect to like this game and now I think it's one of the greatest singleplayer FPS games ever. Also, I can't talk enough about the MUSIC. It's insane. And the game syncs so well with the music, it's almost like a music video + aim trainer on crack. I don't think I did justice to this game with this review. Just get it. It's awesome.
