When working to a firm but realistic deadline, Hssye always completes tasks to a high standard. Care and accuracy is obvious even when put under pressure of time. Prepared to work all the extra hours it takes to meet the deadline. Understands the importance of confidentiality, and can always be trusted not to reveal confidential or private information to unauthorized parties. Always assured and confident in demeanour and presentation of ideas without being aggressively over-confident. When working with a set of data, Hssye is beginning to learn how to organize the results, but is not yet ready or competent enough to draw the right conclusions.
