Thankfully, Sony has walked back their decision to force players to attach a PSN account, undoubtely because of the immense public backlash and overwhelming amount of negative reviews in recent days, so now I can actually recommend this game instead of writing a negative review. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ uhhh

its fun. play it with friends if you got em, but randos are usually cooperative enough. something something liberty something something freedom something something democracy.

Words cannot describe how good this game is. Hades is a game with so much love and care poured into it by the entire dev team and it can tell. It bleeds more personality and talent than the protagonist will in a hundred deaths as he quests through the titular Underworld. Every single weapon, boon, upgrade, and challenge are all so finely tuned to the point where EVERYTHING is good. This game has rocketed up to one of my favorites of all time in only a few months. I cannot recommend it enough.

I've been Destiny since launch of D1 on 360, and i've followed it all the way here. It's had it's rough bits, but nothing I can't handle. Character design is great, controls are tight and responsive, movement is good, gunplay is phenomenal to the point at which i have trouble in other shooters, and the crown jewel is that sweet sweet post-game content. There's always something to do, and Bungie has really pulled through in that department with Gambit Prime, Menagerie, and soon hopefully the Vex Offensive. I'm very happy for bungie to finally be able to make the game they've always wanted to, and I don't care if I have to pay a bit more for a game I know has passionate people behind it.
