FromSoft has done it again.

A triple A game that's legitimately good.

Now is a terrible time to get involved with New World.
1.1 has made it clear they don't want new players/players that fell behind with wonderful features such as...

-Watermarks are now infinitely harder to grind for (the thing that lets you loot maximum gearscore items)

-Crafting is anywhere from 1.2-1.4x or in the case of Jewelcrafting 2x harder to do, consuming at least a third more resources on the last stretch of crafting.

-The economy is now much more expensive with people not being able to loot supply chests, yay!

Hope you like spending five times the amount of time it took the current guilds to get what they've got!
They'll be farming you for green loot while they cash in on their 30% extra harvesting luck that you can't really use because you can't reach that gear score anymore.

AGS really enjoy making their game incrementally worse.
