In the hopes of recreating the Animal Crossing New Horizons magic, I really did attempt to get into this game. But it's just cute with no real depth or real feeling of a living world. Game just becomes a glorified chore sim of picking up stuff and delivering stuff with NPCs that feel as a live as cardboard cutouts as they camp their spot and say the same few lines. Visitors are especially dull and lifeless. You get the ability to make the characters gather for you which cuts down on the chore of it, but then you have even less reason to play.

Co-op is boring and uninspired. No decorating outside except predetermined flower spots.

It's cute, but that's it.

Good spooky ghost game that has decent depth. Wish the updates were a bit more regular and certain aspects were higher up on the priority list though, but it's a solid ghost investigating game that most knock offs/alternate versions have failed to improve upon. So it's still the king.

Bigfoot showed up and decided I needed someone to take care of me like the disgusting Press pest that I am. He beat me into pulp, leaped across the street with my flailing body, beat me a little more for good measure, and then he discarded me on the streets to hobble my way back to the helicopter.

My pride may be wounded, but I made it big on the headlines as Bigfoot's personal toy. I'm famous, the aliens can't take that away from me.
