Cant run properly on any monitor that has a higher refresh rate than 60hz without the game feeling like its on 4x speed. I thought with this "next gen" update it would be able to run at least over 60 fps. The mod that would normally fix this has stopped working due to the update as well.

Does not run on any modern AMD cards without backdating drivers and installing additional mods.
