I'm among the lucky ones who doesn't get stutters, around 70-90 FPS constantly.
Leaving that part a side, if you are HP fan, this game is definitely worth getting.
PRO:
Mostly everything, fun puzzles and quests, nice side content, didn't even get to see all yet.
CON:
Only real time it does get a bit weird is during the battle arenas, sometimes during final wave you lose control of the character. Which can be frustrating.
