Played this game for many hours and many years, recent update and server merge rendered the connectivity unplayable. 40k+ server latency and being unable to stay connected to the game for more than a few minutes make it very hard to recommend it. I have seen many other users both in game and out complaining of identical issues with no word from the developers that it is even being worked on, let alone resolution estimates.

If these issues were to be fixed it would return to being a unique MMO shooter. Presently, and for the foreseeable future, it will hemorrhage what relatively few players it had. Bringing a game with busy weekend prime times and evening bursts, to a deserted, empty game. Those that can manage to connect will face fewer battles, enemies and chances for experience as their opponents will be unable to connect.

A shame to see it go this way, hopefully developers will act fast in an attempt to save their game.

If you like holding forward for 10 minutes while getting pelted by bouncy harmless asteroids, then this is the game for you!

In the off chance you have taste, then maybe consider a different game. GASP includes such features as: aimless wandering, invisible walls, looping 30 seconds of "music"/breathing audio, and camera bobbing that gives a 4 year old with a cell phone camera a run for their money!

A game with exploration, scares, beautiful graphics, survival, and a wonderful story, Subnautica is a great game. From the moment your escape pod lands, you'll be on your toes searching for resources and materials to survive, while avoided the local fauna. Unlike most games of the genre, Subnautica values avoiding and strategy when dealing with the wildlife, rather than just killing all animals in sight. Originality in dealing with creatures is a breath of fresh air in an over saturated genre. The game is very nicely optimized, but does suffer from some, at times, severe object pop in issues, though not ever has it been so bad as to ruin the experience.

A wonderful game for exploration, survival, building, and story. I'd recommend it to anyone, so long as they don't mind a bit of a scare.

The base concept and gameplay are fun, however, the community/playerbase is abysmally toxic, and ruins the enjoyment of the majority of matches.

Terraria is a marvelous game for those interested in combat or building alike. Hours upon hours of content, all inside a small, price and file size. Very good optimization, even some of the lowest end of PCs can run it on lower graphics.

After over a thousand hours I am still finding new things without even touching mods. I can safely recommend this game to anyone who enjoys building, combat, and exploration.
