Pros - Different direction and style of gameplay. Choosing Indian Elephant was a interesting choice and the environment and art style has always been great with shelter games.
Story or journey was alright and pretty good at the end.

Cons - No real survival gameplay. Granted elephants don't have much to fear as adults and its the calves who are predated on. Although elephants are a good choice they don't bring much excitement nor interesting gameplay options or features.
Herd members are pointless to have really as there is not much interaction with them. Only interaction with your calf was to feed it and that's it. Didn't feel like a great mother really.
No interaction with the wildlife (other than birds and predators) and environment around you. You can phase through a herd a buffalo or blackbuck like they are nothing, they have no purpose in the game other than to make the world look full.
Many bugs, which most were fixed but there are still a few that can cause the game to become boring and pointless very quickly.

I did try to like the game after playing it a few times to see different journeys through the land but all in all once I was done that was it. No replayability and no real survival features, going from a lynx to an elephant is a big step in gameplay changes, a mother tiger might of been a better choice to keep that same art style of India and also Shelter 2's gameplay mechanics.
Might and Delight are a fantastic team and I plan on sticking with them to see any changes or next title games in the future but shelter 3 is a disappointment. After 3 hours of playing, multiple choices complete... I will probably never play again, which is sad as I have many more hours in shelter 2 and will always continue to play. This game should of been like paws not the next shelter title.
