I haven't played an F1 game since the PS3 era, so much of what was in this was new for me, and I don't know if they were part of the previous F1 games. But for what it's worth, I'm having a blast with F1 25. The visuals are great, there's a great amount of detail in the simulation, and the driver career mode is super fun.

CS:GO hitreg feels so much sharper than CS2, and I think it's the subtick.

Also, it genuinely looks better, it has actual contrast. In CS2 everything is super bright and washed out.

I want to recommend this, but I can not in good conscience recommend this as a Battlefield game.

Single player is passable, it's mid at best, but its not like anyone buys these for the single player. It's clearly made by people who have 0 understanding of anything military, but it's full of CoD-level "tacticool" moments that just come off as incredibly cringe to anyone who is older than 12.

Multiplayer is where it's at, and it's... great but not Battlefield. Outside of some small stuff that needs to be ironed out the gunplay feels great, the movement is great, the visuals, sound design all top notch. The issue is that the maps are absolute ass, for a Battlefield title. Battlefield is supposed to be all out combined arms warfare, air, armor and infantry all working together in a big sandbox map. Unfortunately these maps are claustrophobic endless grinds. They remind me a lot of the Ground War maps in MW (2019). There's never any frontlines, never any strategy, never any breathing room. It's endless ring around the rosie around the flags, you spawn, shoot, die, all withing 2 seconds.

The maps have been a big point of criticism for a lot of people, so I'm hoping I can turn this into a recommend once they come out with better maps. Hopefully remakes of old great maps, because I honestly have 0 faith the people who made the new maps BF6, could make a new map that was good.

After completing this, I'm pretty shocked by how good this was. I'm especially surprised by how much I ended up liking the story and characters. It's definitely a high recommend from me, to anyone who enjoys monster catching, or turn-based JRPGs.

I'm a very casual Digimon fan, most of my memories of Digimon come from watching the original Anime as a kid, but I hope the success of this game will bring us more Digimon games of this quality. I'm definitely here for the Digimon revival!

I'd give it a Mixed rating if I could, but in the lack of such an option, I'd still lean very slightly towards Recommend.

The world is absolutely phenomenal, pretty much one of the best looking games out there today. The recreation of feudal Japan is truly amazing, and just walking around the world with the HUD turned off is an experience.

Other than that it's a very mixed bag. It is very bread and butter Assassin's Creed, so if you know what that's like you know exactly what you're getting. The open world activities are very bland and copy and paste, the combat is passable but very simple. The AI is way too simple for the stealth to offer much of a challenge. The story is very bare bones and the writing ranges from passable to laughably bad.

Naoe is a good character and has a lot of potential as a protagonist. Her gameplay and tools are also very fun and fit the feudal Japan ninja fantasy very well. Yasuke is also a fine character, though I think he would've worked much better as a side character NPC. His gameplay just does not fit Assassin's Creed at all. He is the polar opposite of an assassin, and on top of that he is insanely overtuned at least on release, making the game even on the hardest settings so easy it becomes a slog to play. I think this game would've benefited a lot from having just Naoe as a single protagonist.

If you're looking for a VERY beautiful open world rendition of feudal Japan to just wander around for a while, and are looking for that very familiar Ubisoft slop Assassin's Creed gameplay, I'd definitely recommend this. But if you're looking for more depth from the gameplay and especially story side, I'd get something like Ghost of Tsushima.

Even if this is free, I don't know why you would play this over Sims 3 or even Sims 2.

Early Access Review
So much potential, but development has stopped at the hands of Take Two

It's Persona, not in high school but in a fantasy world, and it's great.

Definitely a mixed bag. The MSQ is essentially split into two parts. The first part can be very grueling to get through, and has some pretty glaring issues and few moments that had me smacking my head on the table.

Luckily, at some point of the MSQ the story really picks up. The later half of the MSQ was very good, and feels like a completely different game. While Dawntrail MSQ thus far is not on par with the likes of Endwalker or Shadowbringers, I think the latter half of it is good enough to carry it.

Undoubtedly one of the most influential video games ever released, paving the way for the cinematic video games we know today.

It is still absolutely worth a play, though the controls might feel a bit outdated after all these years.
