AITA for murdering sixteen people?

Ok where to start... it was a monday night and I hate mondays. (this is important later on) I was driving home from my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ office job when I see them. Sixteen people all in a line in the middle of the street. I think I heard something about a "broken leg" or being "paralized" but honestly I was too tired to listen. So I floored it and got hit with some "murder" charges. My defence was that I hate mondays and the judge did not belive it! I was sitting there dumbfounded like what the ♥♥♥♥ is wrong with this judge! Aparently he does not think monday being a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ day is a valid reason to run over people, like what hell is wrong with this world. So am I the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?
