Got my platinum on PS5 on release, and about to do it again. What else do I need to say. This game is S Tier RE.

It won GoTY for a reason. If you want a story, it's here. Amazing OST, it's here. Solid og JRPG combat, it's better than ever. Listen if you want any of the above, the hype is real. From a studio that created with passion in their hearts, for those who come after.

28+ Hours in and this is a very well polished Souls-like. Story is not the strongest part but it is there and not bad. Regardless the design is awesome and the game in general has the best cell shading I've seen yet. Areas have been small but pretty fun to navigate. They were able to pull off the usual build system with a skill tree creating very tight and responsive combat. The boss fights are the meat of the dish though. Challenging, but very rewarding to a player willing to learn the patterns, and have patience.

Definitely a must play for those that are fans of the genre.
