I delivered quality customer service by instructing customers of various ages and cultures and assisting everyone according to their physical ability or level of experience. I was also responsible for training new employees each season as I quickly acclimated to the environment and processes of the business.

Worked diligently to serve over several hundred customers every shift at the busiest casual dining establishment in Kirkland Washington. I spent most of my time in the kitchen preparing food, stocking workstations, cleaning, taking out garbage, etc. All throughout my shift we worked tirelessly and communicated efficiently as a team to keep up with a never-ending supply of orders and preserve a high standard of quality set by shift leaders.
