Amazing game.
It took me a while to get into the first one, but once I did it became one of my favorite games of all time, and this one stays true to and builds onto what I think made the first one great.

If you're new to the franchise keep in mind it's supposed to be difficult starting off, it does not matter how good you are at playing or what gear you have, without Henry having the skills he is bad at whatever you're trying to get him to do, but once you level up those skills it is the most rewarding and immersive experience I have ever had in a game.

The game is beautiful, the dialog and choices are so thought out and matter, and for what a video game can be it's "realistic". It's very easy to immersive yourself in the world and put yourself in Henry's shoes.

I'm only about halfway at the time of writing this (after playing 78 hours) but this game, and this series are the best games I've ever played hands down. Warhorse Studios has done a wonderful job once again.

TLDR: If you like open world RPGs and don't want your hand held for every quest buy this game, I can't overstate how much fun this is.

Fun game. Pretty simple gameplay, find a city, do a quest or two and they ally with you, the whole point is to ally with all 12 cities. Casual and peaceful experience, at least until you notice your coal supplies are low because you were not paying attenion and you have to scramble to mine some before you fall out of the sky. Very cool to be a mobile city that can extract resources and turn them into materials for building, extract all the stuff in an area and fly off looking for more. All while making a bigger faster ship. While building the city is simple and easy you do have to be mindful of the tilt of your ship, balancing the weight as you grow. Other than that and the overall weight you can support you can make your ship however you want, making it look cool or a horrid mess like i did.
The game can be beaten pretty quickly if you rush it, and at the moment with only one campagin it's not the most replayable game, but I'll probably play it a second time now that I know what I did wrong the first time.
Game also looks very pretty and the music is good.
If you like city builders or like steampunk themed games I'd recommend Airborne Kingdom.

Very fun game, used to civ v which i have ~1500 hours on at the time of writing this, this game is similar and at the same time very different.
Still learning how the game works, but I think ive learned enough I can say while this takes features from other games by the sames devs like Endless Legend it expands upon them and adds new ones. The things you can do in this game that effect and react to the world are amazing.
The music is great and this game looks amazing, as you go to the next eras the little cinematics are very cool and the way the camera pans over your cities as they change appearance looks fantastic.
People complain about changing cultures in this game but thats how the game was designed, the way is works is fun and powerful once you learn what you're doing. I don't see why it is an issue for some people i've talked to, trying out different playstyles and getting different units and buildings as the game goes on? Genius.

Bottom line this game is worth the money if you enjoy 4x tile games like Civ, this really is the dev's magnum opus, i'll stick with this game for a long time

Have not put many hours in at the time of this review, but so far I really enjoy it.
Pros: The way that things change if you die or flee with your device is really interesting, can effect chat options with NPCs.
The base building is cool
The story so far is interesting
The NPCs can be pretty funny, guys listening to gabber music to 3.6 memes
The environment looks cool and is fun to explore, even if areas are split off from each other (open world but not fully)
Some nice scary parts of the game, been spooked pretty good a few times roaming the zone

Cons: (really just things to work on, being this is early access)
Lag when in the chernobylite zone when moving to another section of the map
Ai is a little silly, runs right towards me gunning me down
Ai has been able to see me through walls and shoot at me in some areas
Sometimes voice lines don't play (you can still read them tho)
Needs UI work when base building, can't tell what some things are unless I try to make one, and there's no back button
Some quests the NPCs give you seem a little too easy
This is a bit of a nit pick, but your buddies at the start of the game have M4 rifles not Aks, prob just a place holder model but I still think guys in this part of the world should have Aks haha

TL;DR Really nice game, needs some work but it's early access so it's fine, devs seem to be active at updating the game and I can't wait to see the final product, worth the price even now in my opinion tho.

Amazing game

Amazing DLC for an amazing game, perfectly priced. Not super long but not too short, interesting gameplay and story, plot lines up well with the main game's. A must buy for Metro fans

Sucks but i still have fun playing it

Play Civ V instead
