Early Access Review
With 2 hours played, I will not bother playing more.

If I had to talk of it in Runescape terms, I think I am probably still in the middle of Tutorial Island at the time of writing this review. That being said, I think the way the systems are laid out, there's no hope of this game picking up steam and ''grabbing'' me, even by playing a few more hours.

What immediately strikes me about this game is how similar in design it is to early versions of OSRS. I mean very early.
(Ex. You fight 1 enemy at a time and must ''escape'' combat to disengage.)
This is perplexing to me because this makes me believe that the designers wanted to somehow recapture the early days, but really, it ends up feeling more like a downgrade when compared to a game with decades of history and work poured into it like OSRS.
I feel very strongly about this, I can't imagine this game becoming better than it is. It feels bland and rehashed from the start. A downgrade on OSRS. Linear and grindy, no sense of wonder, no soul.

I can't recommend this game and it's a bit of a letdown because there is DEFINITELY a niche for ''Runescape clones'' and it's woefully empty. This game should have everything to fill these shoes, but it's like it doesnt even try because it's too busy trying to recapture the past without really adding anything interesting to the mix.

If you don't want to play OSRS anymore but feel the crave, try Melvor instead.
