The world/map area design feels a little too dated but the melee mechanics is where this game really excels. The hack and slash with block/parry mechanics that require a bit more care when building up to the attacks. Mid bosses and bosses difficulty increased quite substantially for each world. Since the skills respec is free, do experiment around with the base of each skill. For those who enjoy Captain America's shield throwing/bashing fight style, you are in for a treat as there is 3 skills based around shields. I been enjoying the gameplay so far but its a shame since I haven't got any friends interested to join me.

The game is great. The player base are not. Better off hosting your own private server.

Whatever you good stuff hear about the game is probably true. So I will not repeat what is being said. The negatives about the DEVs is how they will release server tools and mod support without user friendly documentations or tools to let us run those features. They really need to step up on the user end support for Mods and server hosting. It is rubbish at the current point. (Slightly better now)

As of 21/06/2020, nightfall patch breathes a whole new life into the game. The colours of the NVG helps in different scenario. Green - Long/mid range, White - Mid and passable for short ranger. Orange is purely for CQB. Additional hints, so you think the darkness your allies? (Does not apply anymore since the AI has got a decent upgrade, kudos to them.)

Update 11/12/2020. The Devs cannot decide if they want to make the game closer towards Mil-Sim or make it more balanced. They are changing the PVE closer to what it is like on PVP and that means more defined selection of weapons based on the faction. It is essentially a step down from being what could possible be a semi sandbox style play. The optics and scopes are a nice touch.

Additional note: What is the point of letting us run our own sever when password protected servers can't have XP Gains? NWI love to make decisions that farks logic so hard we got to put lub on the 'O' in the word. They are in this never ending cycle of giving us good stuff while removing other enjoyable features of the game.

Update 05/02/2021, the Devs almost made a big boo boo. Like as if there are no Chinese players in the game already. I am not mainland Chinese but I can totally tell the new skin packs they initially pushed for was lame af and no self respecting Chinese would want it. Additional note, RIP competitive mode. What would really save the game at this point is a level creator.

With the correct settings, the ffb comes close to Dirt Rally. This is a really good simcade. Easy to hop in and out of whether solo or with friends.

Really really bad drift physics. There is virtually no control of the drift. The only car that drifts nicely in this game is the S13. The rest of the cars they claim to have a drift type handling are just basically tail happy puppies that for no reason swings out their backend. They don't hold drifts for long either. Ironically to get decent, controlable drifts and maximise the drift points, I used cars that 'balanced'. What sort of farckery? The cars that are GT3 and race specs should infact all be towards a grip handling style. The only cars I like in the end are the 'grip' and 'balanced' ones. Only driftable drift car, the S13. Last point to note on the physics, the speeds are pure bull and the lmp specs cannot keep up with GT3s? They need to do some research. Even a quick google will do.

Worse still, at the end of the career, I was expecting professional racing at the race track. I was still getting most events to be done in a stock car on dangerous streets with dividers being part of the track. That is another rubbish altogther. To make this worse, the AI drives like monkeys in street races. Quite a horrible experience, especially towards the end of the game.

One plus point with this game, you can play this split screen. That is old school fun and one of the only thing they got right in this game. The tone it sets is too serious for an arcade like driving style, especially with the race engineer keeping you informed of what is going on. (That was actually a good touch to an otherwise physics breaking game)

First of all, I got this on steam at a discounted price of 5 sgd. The graphics were more polished than I have expected it to be. The physics have quite a good touch. You feel that the cars have weight when accelerating, turning and colliding. 4.5/5 for what it is.

Downside however is the inability to provide a decent multiplayer server that is not impossible to connect to. The need to sign in 'Games For Windows Live' is killing the damn game.

Mia is definitely using classified tactician gear. She used pulse and in less than a minute she could use it again. +Haste

I haven't really know anyone who played this game but does not like it. Its not too serious.(Until you are in true vault hunter mode) Dialouges can be ridiculously funny. (If you like dark humour) The guns and grenade mods can get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy. Its casual yet insanely fun. It gets even more fun when you get your mates involved! This is old but GOLD!

The selection of cars are very good. One can start learning the basics by racing the career mode. Those stock/street cars really teach weight transition, gradual braking and driving smoothly. Tracks are wonderful. It looks and feels as if I am there. If you thought maybe this too hardcore, not to worry. There are players with xbox controllers out there only 1 second off my pace. For beginners theres quite a few driving aids that really helps. For controller/keyboard users you guys just need time to fine tune the controller set up(Yes for better experience please do get a wheel if one can afford).

Things to be sorted out, imo.
1. Real penalties e.g. Drive through, stop&go and grip position drop when offense is committed repeatedly.
2. More reaslistic race start instead of arcade style bullcrap(Pls allow us to drop in a gear and room for jump start errors).
3. Race Laps.
4. Weather.
5. Day-night transition.
6. Multiplayer.
But dont get me wrong. This is still a very good sim.

Other than that this game blast! Do not tell me that its too grippy/too easy blah blah.(Especially ice-racers) If you thought that ice-racing has the best physics, you can start by trying this game. Anyway in terms of physics, I have a list of games that owns iracing.
