Ogryn Review: Throwin Rock at snivelin spikeys is fun. Throwin war bomb at shootin spikey patrol and watch the kill-feed vomit words is fun. Fun game to have a good scrap with friens in and to make empreh proud.

Party Animals is an addictingly fun arena brawler with incredibly cute and fuzzy animals, each level has its own unique gimmick and each round feel reasonably short & sweet.

You can que with up to 3 friends for Quickmatch where you can vote on 1 of 3 levels to play which can either be the last stand type levels, where all players are divided into teams of 2 for a first to 3 survival where you try to be the last man standing, hope is not lost if you're eliminated as you can throw in various objects into the field which can either save your duo partner from elimination or secure the round for someone else in a very comedic effect. Alternatively you can also vote to play any of the 4v4 team maps where you need to work together as a team to score points and win.

If just playing random maps with other players isn't your forte, then you can always host your own Custom-Games where you can play against bots and customize the game rules to your heart's content, if you only want to play privately with friends then this mode is for you. You even have access to play a pair of Fight Club levels where your teams objective is to pumble and yeet your opponents off the safe areas of maps until the other team runs out of lives.

As far as balance goes some items can feel incredible oppressive and difficult to work against, unless you can time your punches and jump kicks right you might end up having someone smack you with a shovel until you're knocked out for good or comically yeeted off the stage, while other items like the freeze and stun-guns can feel incredibly oppressive to fight against at times, if nobody who's already eliminated knocks down the gun standing player that has someone in an indefinite stunlock, it can very easily feel like you're not allowed to play the game when someone is perfectly positioned to constantly hit you with the stun-gun with every shot...

If you enjoy fun and over the top comedic brawling games like Gang-Beasts then consider giving this game a try as well, and if you're a bit picky about your spending then i highly recomend picking this game up when its on a sale.

It feels just silly that this game for all its incredible additions is missing what should be baseline for at least this finale, outside of a few specific maps and special effects, there is NO Blood or Gore, "Blood for the Blood God" should be included as baseline content, it doesn't matter how picky you are about the "Age Rating" people playing these games are well above that requirement and mature enough to enjoy watching Daemons of Khorne turning people into blood fountains in the name of their patron god Khorne...

If you can get away with Great Unclean ones literary defecating on people til they die, then you can sure as hell allow Blood and Gore to be enabled baseline in all its glory, in the name of Khorne don't you dare paywall his missing feature a third time in a row! Especially when his favored deciples has officially entered the scene!

The changes with Season 6 absolutely ruined the experience for everyone within the steam community out of the inconvenience of being forced to create multiple accounts to access a game you either just or already paid for. not only is it a dumb solution to bring back the highly requested "player created names" (which could've been easily stolen and used by someone else and you have no means of requesting it back), it also adds in a bucketload of inconveniences such as longer load time to sign into not only this games own server, but also Epic's own account service and they are known to violate the PC users security and run background apps behind the users back to gain access to information they have nothing to do with...

This small change by all account IS gatekeeping in its most vile form and it single handedly fractured the community in such a way that it might next to impossible to fully recover from because of the scummy nature that Epic is known for, and until this "inconvenience" for anyone that doesn't own the game on both systems is removed and changed to something better that should've been the solution in the first place...

Consider this REVIEW my retirement from the Blunderdome for an indefinite time, which is most heartbreaking to me because its one of the best and most innovative games in its genre that i loved going back to every now and then. But i just can't bring myself to encourage others to get this game and find any enjoyment in it while its infested by an unwanted second account service that literary nobody asked for...

I love that the pack contains a distinctive recolor choice for each of these otherwise crown exclusive costume sets, you get an Possessed Bulletkin, Robo Cat goes neon nightmare which fits the theme of season 4 really well and you get what i felt like what the Messenger set exactly should've looked like when the set was first released last year, he finally got proper flesh tones for his arms and head instead of several cubic shades of purple and blue that his sprites never had for his arms or most of his 16-bit face.

Unfortunately i think the pack is by some extent lazily made due to how the Ashen Bulletkin and the Messenger sets revert to their original counterparts that we got last year when worn in team rounds, the former loose their glowing red eyes and the latter loose all of their finer details with the exception of the cool hat that instead gains sharper textures...

But for some reason i'm ok with the latter, even liking it a bit because it fits well with the cross timeline centric theme of the Messenger, in this case most of the time you play as the 16-bit era Ninja with the really cool hat and during team rounds you play as the 8-bit era Ninja but still retains the hat (likely thanks due to our favorite meta aware shopkeeper having a notable love and weakness for straw hats). The only thing i wished was an exception is the arms turning from the orange flesh tone the Latter Day Messenger set has that does the character justice into purple that not only look out of place (which is what i ranted about in a discussion piece i made last year with its release) but the purple arms also makes the charcter look alien rather then human like what other notable game inspired skins have in common.

I'll gladly change a portion of this review if these two skins mentioned receive some extra attention to their team colors and baseline textures, such as Ashen Bulletkin retaining its glowing eyes in team rounds, optionally make them glow purple instead or red to retain the possessed look (any other color then what is used for teams works too) and 8-bit Messenger has orange arms baseline, these game character costumes deserve more love in my opinion.

Do i think the extra fee compared to the other costume packs is justified? Honestly yes, this is by all extention a collaboration pack that partially pays tribute to the publisher and most notably the studios that created these characters and games, compared to the other cheaper costume packs you find purchaseable that is by all extention original designs, If you love any of these games and Fall Guys, I highly recommend getting this pack to show how much you love them.
