Character creation is straight up wack, genuinely extremely lacking in options, mad I can't import data from previous games for choices etc, but at least after the cringe voice lines in the beginning the story kicks in and it's amazing.
Great visuals, cool companions and actually compelling stories and choices to make.

Puzzles are great but never too challenging to be annoying.
Fighting as any class is very fluid and intuitive, such an improvement from Inquisition's struggle when playing as a mage.

I will say there is a lot of companion interaction, missions, gifts, choices etc
If you prefer only action you can ignore a lot of it, but companions will be mad if you don't go along with what they care about.

Good god this game is glorious.

Cosy game, highlighting the experience of being a starting healthcare specialist in a town hospital.
The game has some noticeable bugs like repeated dialogue prompts and missing characters in some scenes (especially at the harvest festival) that require you to Alt+F4 in order to restart the segment in order to not fail the objectives there.

Most mini games are really easy but the heartbeat one (similar to guitar hero) is easily the hardest and for some reason kept refusing to accept my correct key presses, even when I used the 'simple minigames' option in the settings.

I would recommend it for the story and great characters, but 100% enable 'simple mini games' if failing to make patients better stresses you out.

I'm sure if you looked up a guide this could be a fun game, but the voice chat is buggy, the puzzles (in the beginning at least) have incredibly vague or just outright no clues to help you solve them.
