As a Completionist
If I'm going to complete some game achievements, I'm going for that medal, I'm going for that 100% . No, I'm not going to use Steam Achievement Manager because I don't cheat. Cheating, even for the unobtainable ones, would delegitimize all the legit ones I've earned. I'm not here to provide solutions, but there is a serious problem with achievements on this platform, caused by various factors. Here’s a complete list of the BS I’ve encountered:

Rocket League:
I can't get the "Rank Up" achievement because I used to play on family share, so I don't own the game and cannot play ranked matches. Epic Games making games exclusive is so dumb.

Black ops 2 Multiplayer Achievements:
Either the game modes are unavailable, or there aren't enough players to complete them.

Team Fortress 2:
There are 520 achievements, with some unobtainable ones, and the rest would probably take at least 1000 hours to complete.

Left 4 Dead 2:
Unobtainable achievements.

Garry's Mod:
This one has to be the funniest of them all, with completely insane achievements, including unobtainable ones.

Broforce:
The game added achievements that are near impossible but theoretically obtainable, even the game itself warns you that they are absolutely unfair and not meant to be completed.

I've read people saying, "You are not entitled to get a 100% average." Well, actually, I think I am. I've spent hundreds, if not thousands, of hours trying to complete my library. All I'm asking for is either the ability to delete games from this average list or a feasible way of achieving 100%. It's a personal challenge. Don't hit me with the "It will make it unfair for others" argument because there are hundreds of games designed solely to unlock thousands of achievements in a matter of minutes. It's not a tournament; it's my Steam profile, my library, bought with my actual money.

Seriously, completionists and achievement hunters are a growing community, and issues like these could probably be fixed quite easily, making our gaming lives much better and far less frustrating.
