This is just a good game, if you want an honest answer, this is it. It's a game that plays well, feels smooth, and is great as long as you are open minded enough to enjoy it.

This game is very good. While you can play without friends on public servers, it's fun to play this game with friends you know. It brings new life into the don't starve series, without changing much. This lack of change is viewed as a negative thing by some people in the community, but I think it is positive, as it makes a smooth transition between the two games. Also, on the topic of the community, it is very welcoming. I bought this then don't starve, and started on this. I joined a public server and immediately was guided through the entirety of the game. Then I played the original don't starve, and had a smooth experience there, as to the previously mentioned lack of change.

This is a great game! Definitely worth it. Iv'e put in quite a bit of time into it and all that time was action-packed and fun!
