I do not know what to write, so I will write a pancake recipe
1. Beat the eggs in a lush foam. Better to do it with a mixer. Add sugar, salt and vegetable oil to eggs and beat again.
2. Mix warm milk with eggs and sugar.
3. Add flour in small portions and stir constantly.
4. The dough should be moderately thin and resemble liquid sour cream. You can do this without butter and fry on both sides until pink.
