- You MUST have a working mic. In the last 2 years more than half the people I have attempted to game with all had "no mics" or more realistically were to scared to use them. This makes hunting beyond a chore and nearly impossible to coordinate. Even if we are attempting to simply be social you cannot just be afraid and ignore it. Lets open a dialogue.

- You must speak clear english. I only speak it and write it myself and trying to play verbal charades has gotten nowhere for myself or whomever im gaming with. If you cannot read this without assistance then you already have your answer.

- Make time to jam. If im making time to jam with you I expect the same in return. Too many people think "I will pop on if I have nothing better to do" and that means im simply not your guy. I want to play with people who WANT to play so none of this I only play 2 to 3 business days every 3 months. Doesn't work for me and I will immediately drop you if I think it is going this direction.

- Mind your own distractions. We all have lives and responsibilities outside of steam. Take care of what you need to take care of but if your too busy to game then get off of steam and take care of business. If your background is filled with what sounds like a daycare center on fire then im going to give a hard no. Not interested in people who are nothing but stoned on the mic, getting stoned on the mic, or even have to take 5 to 10 minute breaks constantly to go and smoke. Get help.

- Presentation and vices. Know that if I look at your profile and it's simply cut off from the world in every way because it is all set to private then YOUR not ready to interact outside of your bubble with others and I will respect your wishes. I will not add you or interact with you. I understand that we are all human and there's alot of stuff on steam. If I see the occasional "adult" things on your profile then honestly I don't care but if it is slathered in hentai and dozens of hentai games, a bunch of nude and sex things including a bunch of those games, furry garbage or games, transvestite nonsense, gay pride nonsense, or a crazy over political profile then know we are not compatible. This is steam. It is for games.

- Read the room. There are games that are clearly about having fun with your friends and enjoying yourself but there's also a time to focus up and not costing me my time, your time, or any other players time. If we are hunting and you are screwing off, team killing, blocking/slowing down the objective ect. all the time then im going to boot you and move on. Nothing wrong with having fun but not when your the only one who seems to be laughing time and time again and using up others precious time.

- We don't have to agree on everything. We can have different beliefs, come from different backgrounds, chase different dreams, have different interests, and even enjoy different food. This is about connecting in a myriad of ways and coming together to have fun, blow off steam, and socialize. Just don't be a crazy overbearing human being and I will do my best to do the same. If we do depart under unfortunate circumstances then I pray we meet again as brothers/sisters in Christ or creation.
