-rep Cheater supporter, actively blocked votekicks against a blatant cheater and denied it when confronted. When asked to call his own vote it mysteriously went through 5-2, where every vote he didn't call was 4-3.

Kinda obvious, cheater supporter, kick as soon as possible.
