When a topic is unfamiliar or new concepts are put forward, Basse engages in the conversation, but contributions show a lack of understanding at first. Needs to make more effort to listen, learn and adjust. A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff. Understands the importance of confidentiality, and can always be trusted not to reveal confidential or private information to unauthorized parties. Tries to follow instructions but can sometimes miss a step or misinterpret what is required.
