To get the fifth and final ending you must collect all 65 weapons. Chapter 13 will then be unlocked and you must complete that chapter for the final ending of the game. At the beginning of chapter 13 Angelus and Caim go to attack the queen-beast (giant pregnant woman) and are engulfed in a blaze of pure white light that bends time and space.
The queen-beast, Caim and Angelus fall from a giant round blaze of light in the sky into modern day Tokyo. :flowey:
