Game controls are bad, also game play and story. tried playing for 12 hrs so cannot refund anymore, wasted my time dont buy this game

Does not work, I have a win 10, intel core i-7 1195g7, i tried everything downloaded directx 12 and all the patches for directx9, lowered resolution, and windowed mode nothing works. :( haven't got my refund yet.
