TL: DR

- Pretty, addictive, heartwarming/ breaking story. 9/10

Well, what can I say:
- Bought the game and finished it one sitting.
- some of the best story telling in recent gaming history.
- beautiful graphics with fully fleshed out characters that you care for.
- Well made romance options with tasteful nudity. (Although blonde blazer could use a couple more)
- The dispatch mini games are very addictive but could have been fleshed out a bit more with a wider variety of graphics.
- The voice acting is excellent, and it better be with the long list of heavy hitters voicing these characters.

Positives:

- If you like JRPGs = You will like this game.
- If you llike great OST's = You will like this game.
- If you like melancholy = You will like this game.
- If you like to min/max = You will like this game.

Negatives:

- Mocap still has this uncanny valley aspect to it.
- platforming is ass.
- It has plenty of Unreal 5 jank.
- Hair physics is also ass.

Having said all that. Its easily my GOTY and one my all time favourites.

I was hesitant because it was Free to Play. But its actually a fair and full game. Best ARPG out right now.

If you are sick and tired of modern games nickle and dime every last dollar from you and you feel gaming is one big corporate scam. Fear not! Democracy is finally here!

This game puts back fun in gaming and creates a multiplayer environment that isnt toxic in nature and actually challenging.

The developers said it best when they said " A game for everyone is a game for no one."

So if this is your cup of LiberTEA, you will love it!. Otherwise stay away.

Garlic flavoured cocaine.

This is my first Mech game but my 3rd From Soft game. Overall, my game of the year.

Pro's
- shooty fun giant robot game that is actually challenging.
- great story, but you need to finish it 3 times to get the full story. Warning: The story will haunt you.
- no micro transactions.
- complete game (cant believe this is a Pro in 2023)
- Optimised quite well for the PC (120 FPS locked)
- plenty of cosmetic, mech body and weapon customisation. Did I mention without micro transactions?

Cons (mostly nit picks)
- its a From Soft game. If you don't like their style, game play or story telling, you wont like this either.
- enemy type is a bit lacking in my opinion.
- number of missions could be more.
- map design could be a bit more varied. You end up playing the multiple missions on the same/ similar map.

The game, dare I say is quite satisfactory.

Elden Ring was my first From Soft game. So imagine my surprise when I found out the hard way that Elden Ring is actually not the hardest Souls game.

Enter Sekiro. Even though I am playing this game in 2023. This game still holds up amazingly well. Also get ready to forget the dodge roll mechanic and learn the parry mechanic.

Great boss fights and tons of animal cruelty. Fun for all ages!

But be warned, as with all From Soft game, the story is not fully revealed unless you play the optional quests.
