Cronos: The New Dawn is a third person survival horror game that you play the Traveler who works for a time traveling organization called the Collective. Taking place between the post- apocalyptic future and Poland in the 80's you seek to discover what happened to change humans into creatures called Orphans.

The Good

This game really hits it out of the park in every way possible. From game play, story, fighting and looting I really enjoyed everything I encountered along the journey. The story was very well told and kept me hooked wanting to find out more about my character and the secrets of the missions. Personally the combo of Resident Evil and Dead Space is what drew me into this title in the first place and did not disappoint. Graphically it looked and ran very well on my system which made the gore even more awesome. Combat and boss fights were well done and felt worthwhile along with exploration I loved finding the cats and comics.

The Bad

Rally not to much to say here other than a few bugs and glitches, but its usual and the recent patches helped. During some cut scenes audio was an issue but was not awful. One thing I will say is that the camera movement could be improved a bit in tight areas felt like I could not see were I was going.

Overall Thoughts And Score

What a wonderful quality horror game, I was impressed to say the least. The settings, landscape and just simple yet effective horror aspects really made this game stand out above others that I have played recently. I hope Bloober Team continues this trend because I loved this game and would love more content for it in the future or new titles. For the price to this felt like such a fun solid new IP.
