宝贝来例假的时候注意要少碰凉水，也不要洗头发，如果非要洗，那么洗完头一定要立即吹干
晚上记得按时吃饭按时睡觉 回家了半躺着把手搓热在小腹上顺时针揉揉 例假过了以后做点鸡汤喝
如果你嫌麻烦我给你熬 不能太劳累 不能吃生冷的食物 要保持心情舒畅 要注意保暖 晚上睡觉一定要盖好被子别着凉 别喝冷饮 洗澡最好用淋浴 胜利期间因为毛孔比较张开容易长痘痘 别吃油炸食品
别饮酒 最好每天睡足八小时 别吃生冷寒凉以及幸辣的食物 多喝些温热促进血液循环的比如红糖水
姜茶等 可以吃一些具有补血功能的食物 比如红枣莲子川贝等 可以把他们熬成滋补粥 不但能促进血液循环 减轻经期不适还能补气养血 衣服要穿厚点 红姜茶别忘记喝 去买点棉球和酒精
每次疼的时候赛一个酒精棉到耳朵里很有效 另外备一点红枣枸杞 疼的时候泡水喝 晚上睡觉用小的软垫垫一下小腹后背 我不能亲自去给你柔，你别生气
