Infrastructure Specialist with a background as a Service Desk Analyst, I'm passionate about learning and growing in the IT field

I began my IT career at the age of seventeen as a Service Desk Specialist, where I quickly became adept at helping people with a wide range of IT issues. My role involved providing support remotely, over the phone, and in person, allowing me to develop strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Through dedication and a passion for learning, I was promoted directly to 3rd line support, assuming the role of an Infrastructure Specialist. In this capacity, I have worked closely with various IT departments, including cloud services, application support, and finance applications. My experience encompasses working with systems such as Azure, ZScaler, Active Directory (AD), Office 365, Veeam, and PowerShell.

I have had the opportunity to collaborate with many talented individuals and have been involved in significant projects, including maintaining a data center and overseeing its decommissioning when it was no longer required. My journey in IT has been fueled by a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, and I am excited to see where my career will take me next.
