Other Clues...
(Lightkeeper Temple's engraved message) It details a City of long gone, sunken Celtor - A horrible drowning swallowed Celtor - this is known by all - though, what few failed to notice was the arrival of their new Lord and King many year before. This leader brought prosperity to them in a time of need, but in a world so cruel why did none think to question the hand of one so generous?
Having Blind Flaw remove the Blindfold requirement.
Extremely good oath for PvE
This Oath grants the player one Support Mantra slot, one Wildcard Mantra Slot, three Health and ten Sanity.
This Oath also grants the players full vision and increased brightness while wearing a Blindfold, it also cures the Blindness flaw. Blindseer appears as an eye in front of the player's Blindfold. For Vesperians, their mask can be seen engraved with a gold eye. While you gain full vision, you still benefit from the positives effects of Blinded, namely the sanity bonus and the immunity to blinding mantras. You are not forced to keep the blindfold after obtaining the Oath. While wearing the blindfold though, you are immune to gaze, glare and flame blind.
With the stat requirements, the talents, the blinded talent and the oath talent stats, you total a large amount of sanity (154 sanity, nearly double your initial 80 sanity), allowing you to stay for extensives amount of time in The Depth at no risk.
Doesn't give the Oathsworn badge, if that's a concern.
Can use Shrine of Order with this "Oath" on your Character.
Used to be obtainable through getting it in a hand of cards at around power 30 (power 10 in post-verse 2 levels). It was also the first oath.
The mystic eye through which you now see the world can perceive the imperceptible. Invisible foes are highlighted.
Invisible players are revealed by a Blindseer Eye icon.
Doesn't work on the Tacet Murmur.
Obtaining: 4 Pathfinders helped in the Depth Trial (must be alive)
Commonly agreed to be a subpar oath compared to the other non-stat locked oaths.(Linkstrider/Dawnwalker/Contractor).
However, being the only oath that grants +2 Wildcard mantra slot (others only giving 1 or none) makes this oath very flexible and can complement any build nicely. The oath mantra resistance and +10 HP comes in handy too.
