I have lost 68 pounds!! 🤩 At first, a lot of it was WATER WEIGHT, but now I am actually losing fat and putting on muscle 💪 Keep up the great work! Yesterday's eats: chicken, rice and 6 eggs. No dinner. PS I posted my friend's picture yesterday, and someone MESSAGED me saying that eating TAPEWORM EGGS 😳😳😱 would accelerate my progress. They asked me if I had tried it and they could sell me some more. THIS IS HORRIBLE 😲MG I am going to report them 😡 this is so terrible that it should NEVER be mentioned, even uttered, by ANYONE! Why do you have to sacrifice health for health? Sisters must also lose weight healthily and we are only a FIT community here! 😌😌💪💪
