Fallout 3 on its own is an amazing game, but the Steam version has a multitude of problems. Your best bet is to get this game on other places such as GOG

I have played Scribblenauts on the DS. This game is that, but multiple times better. I recommend this game, especially if it is on sale. It is marketed towards everyone though, including kids in mind, so that may be not your cup of tea.
