Pretty alright.
Just not worth the price with the item balancing isn't great: You can get double Regular Wisp in bottom 5 (Only gives +10 Speed), Triple King Wisp isn't as good but you get it in pulls too often, sometimes even double in the same pull (Gives +30 Speed) while the people in front and behind you get better pulls such as: Monster Truck (You can't steer while crushed), Drill, Laser (Free invincibility by the end), Slime (Slows you down and removes your item, Weights (Attacks top 2) which are way too good and strong to bag
Then you have stupidly broken items like the Slicer (Slows you down way too much AND removes your item) and Tornado (AoE is too large, even on Kronos you can't avoid it), making Drift builds way too good (ESPECIALLY Level 4 Drift invulnerability) and required because this game is so chaotic in a bad way, it's too difficult to catch up while you get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ items like Triple Green Glove, (Triple) Red Glove (Slower than the green one which has homing too), Void (Which stays in your item slot for too long unlike Tornado which is instant)
The physics are so janky, lack of 200cc (Super Sonic Speed) and Mirror Mode in Online makes the experience really dry, you don't got a lot to do after getting to Legend other than grinding out the game mechanics and systems which is what they want you to do with the decals and horns achievements are very padded out because the ticket amount you get is very little - Get it during a sale

The level design isn't very fun, it feels like a kid making a mario maker in 3D and you're actively fighting against the level design and the controls, there's a lot of jank here

The CDs feel really out of place, i just can't play this as much as the first and the second which were spetacular

Revelations Persona type rewrites, never do this ever again

Disappointing remake, there are some good things about it but for someone who did FES 100% and played Portable til November (PSP took it's last breath), I was let down a lot for what was drastically changed for the Dungeon Crawling element
It's good if you want to get started on the series but as a fan for years it doesn't do much like the Linked Episodes, I only liked one of them..

It's really hard to put it other than, it's a really amazing game with an amazing story that you should check out for yourself
