After a few hours of playtime it randomly deleted my save file. no crash, error, cloud problem...nothing

Crashes, Fps drops, you name it. this game has a terrible port like everyone says by a company who could care less. don't buy it!

I am going to give the game itself a positive, I won't rate it badly bc of the bad launcher

was not what I expected

After 1k hrs I can easily say that this is one of the best war games in all of steam. If you want to play the game like it was intended or even just simply learn more about the different cultures, religions and more.. This is one of the few games that let's you choose between a few different starting nations that are simple to play with if you are brand new and need to know even the basics. You have the ottomans if you want to start off as one of the strongest in the beginning and are able to conquer land without having too much AE from Europe, Spain if you want to slowly unite all of Iberia including Portugal and learn more about colonization and how to stabilize it, or even France which has a fairly strong army and with a little army morale bonus to it as well as their few vassals that can be your shield in early wars. There is just soo many options to choose from in Europa Universalis IV and with the right decisions and timing, you could be an unstoppable force just waiting to eat up all your neighbour's 1 at a time.
