I am writing to formally express my utter outrage at the state of your platform. I just played a match on Mirage where my teammates did not speak English, bought Deagles every round, and refused to drop AWP. Furthermore, the enemy top-fragger has a 2-day old account with 80 hours, 30 average kills, and a private Steam profile.
How is this competitive integrity? I pay for premium to avoid this behavior, yet I am trapped in Elo hell because your anti-cheat clearly does not work. If you do not ban these smurfs immediately, I will be forced to cancel my subscription and move to Esportal.
